Steak sauce (condiment)


Preparation: 20 minutes Makes: 1.2 lt

Ingredients
500 ml water
250 ml raisins
500 ml balsamic
250 ml Worcester
250 ml ketchup
250 ml mustard
pinch chilli flakes
black pepper
4 cloves garlic halved

Cooking Instructions
Put ingredients in a suitable pot, bring to a boil then simmer for 15 mins then sieve and season. Allow it to cool then jar or bottle.
