Nutella mousse


200g Nutella
500ml whipping cream
1/2 vanilla pod

Pour the cream and the seeds scraped from the vanilla pod into a mixing bowl.
Whisk until cream forms firm peaks but don't over-mix.
Pop the Nutella in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time till barely warm.
Fold the Nutella into the cream till combined using a spatula or wooden spoon.
Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into serving glasses.
Put in refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes.
